We begin the day promptly at 9am Pacific Time. Please do not be late unless you notify us in advance.

We will take a 1-hour lunch break at approximately 12:30pm PT and will have 10 to 15 minute bio breaks roughly every 90 minutes or so.

For scheduling purposes, I will make myself available until 6pm; however, if everyone is complete and feels well-served, we may wrap up as early as 5pm. These days are very intensive, and you may be feeling "full" after just 6 or 7 hours.
